How many times did my son climb up and down this tunnel of fun at the local church playground? Way too many to count. But I'm not complaining. I could sit and watch (and photograph!) him running, sliding, climbing, laughing, and playing all day and all night. For this shot, he stopped moving long enough to mug for the camera before he was off on more wild adventures. Ah, to be a child again. Or at least have that energy! Here are some big shoes to fill. Along with a few pair of my son's small shoes. These were lined up in the kitchen near our backdoor and I just loved it! It's like a family portrait in shoes because it represents the three of us - close, together all the time, and mostly happy & carefree (barefoot!). And out of the multitude of photos I've taken for this project, this is one of my favorites. Day 307 of my 365 photo a day project. Copyright 2016 Scott Norris Photography scottnorrisphotography.com
Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others." --Jonathan Swift A clear line of sight all the way to the horizon. Since I'm in the homestretch in my photo a day project and starting a new month, I thought I'd revisit the minimalist theme here (huh, did I ever leave it?) but with a bit of a twist. I've discovered through this year long endeavor that when I forget about they way things should be done and do what I feel, with no inhibitions, wonderful things will happen. And that helps remove the obstacles that block my clear line of sight to my creative horizon.
