The Keystone Capri K28 8mm camera. Oh, what wonderful things it has seen - riding a Harley in the 1950s, time with the grandparents, parents, and kids, skiing in Colorado, boat racing in Texas, the arrival of a President in Houston, Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, relaxing times with family at the pool or along the San Jacinto river, and much much more. This is the Kodak Brownie 8mm Movie Camera II. I found it at a second hand store a couple of years ago in Madison, Wisconsin. I've never shot any film with with it but the mechanism seems to work and, while it is well worn with chipped paint, dents, and scratches on the outside, inside of the camera is quite clean. "At some point, a flash of sustained clarity reveals the difference between what someone would have you believe is true, and what you know from the depths of your own heart to the peaks of your soul to be true. What happens after that is up to you." --Aberjhani A macro shot of a vintage flash bulb. This particular bulb is part of the flash attachment for a David White Stereo Realist camera. I shot 3 shots for this photo with 3 different focal points and focus stacked them in Helicon Focus and then processed the resulting single image in Photoshop.
